Die folgende Arbeit betrachtet die Auswirkungen der "hybriden Lehre" auf Studierende und beantwortet die Frage, inwiefern sie die Lösung sein könnte, um die Bedürfnisse dieser Personengruppe befriedigen zu können und gleichermaßen ein motiviertes Lernen begünstigen kann. Um die Bedeutung hybrider Lehre und deren möglicherweise zukunftsweisenden Qualitäten zu eruieren, soll durch eine empirisch quantitative Befragung der relevanten Zielgruppe herausgefunden werden, inwieweit hybride Lehre halten kann, was sie augenscheinlich verspricht.
Die Arbeit besteht aus einer theoretischen Herleitung, in welcher zentrale Begriffe und Theorien erklärt und gegenübergestellt werden. Zentral werden vor allem die Bedürfnispyramide nach Maslow und die Selbstbestimmungstheorie nach Deci/Ryan teils kritisch betrachtet. Der zweite Teil ist die empirische Forschung, welche eigens angefertigt und durchgeführt wurde. Es handelt sich um eine quantitative Fragebogenerhebung, welche eingehend beschrieben, aufbereitet und ausgewertet wird. Eine Interpretation, Empfehlung für die Zukunft und eine Diskussion runden die Arbeit ab.
Viele Berichte und Forschungen beschäftigten sich die letzten Jahre um die Auswirkungen der Distanzlehre während des Pandemiegeschehens: Auswirkungen auf Noten, die Psyche der Studierenden, Unterrichtsmodelle, Studienabbruchquoten. Innerhalb dieser Forschung liegt der Fokus jedoch auf der Zukunftsperspektive für akademische Lehre bei berufsbegleitend Studierenden. Wie können die Lehren der Distanzzeit wirkungsvoll umgesetzt werden, sodass ein Mehrwert für Studierende entsteht? Als zukunftsfähiges Modell wird die hybride Lehre zuerst klar definiert und abgegrenzt, um anschließend anhand der Erfüllung psychologischer Grundbedürfnisse von Studierenden bewertet werden zu können. Besonderer Fokus liegt hier auf berufsbegleitend Studierenden und deren sozialer Eingebundenheit, welche v. a. während der Pandemie vernachlässigt wurde und vielfach als wichtigstes Grundbedürfnis für Motivation genannt wird.
