This study aims to assess the integration of technology within the secondary school curriculum across three specific private institutions, evaluating the effectiveness of administrative initiatives towards digitalization and their impact on students' competitive edge to ultimately design a tailored intervention program.
Rationale
Technology becomes a cornerstone for shaping students' future readiness in the dynamic landscape of education. Technology integration is crucial in preparing students for the future (University of the People, 2023). Technology can fundamentally alter and enhance how students acquire knowledge and engage with educational content. By integrating technology into education, educators can leverage its capabilities to create immersive, interactive, and personalized learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles (PowerGistics, 2022).
Educators have the flexibility to utilize diverse technological tools for instructing content and cultivating skills across different educational levels, from preschool to college courses. This procedure, known as technological integration, can improve learning for students and change their educational experiences (Indeed Editorial Team, 2022). With the use of technology, students can acquire a variety of vital skills, including cooperation, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Additionally, it exposes children to various digital tools and platforms, assisting in their development as confident and skilled users (University of the People, 2023). Technology makes content more accessible, but it is not the curriculum itself. Teachers assist their students in obtaining and comprehending educational content by employing technology as a tool (Christensen, 2019).
Administrative support is vital in driving the effective integration of technology (Education World, 1996 – 2023). It is pivotal in creating an environment where technology can effectively enhance teaching and learning experiences. Administrators provide the necessary resources, guidance, and leadership to empower educators to incorporate technology into their instructional practices (Zook, 2021). By fostering a culture that values and supports technology integration, administrators enable educators to explore innovative teaching methods, engage students in meaningful ways, and leverage technology tools to enhance learning.

The research focuses on assessing the level of technology integration in the secondary school curriculum and how current administrative initiatives and digital resources contribute to students' competitive edge.
The study examines learning engagement, enhancement of learning goals, administrative digitalization initiatives, and online resource opportunities available to students.
The core objective is to analyze the relationship between technology usage, administrative support, and academic competitiveness to design an effective school-based intervention program.
The study utilizes a descriptive-correlational research design combined with the triangulation method to gather data from teachers and students through survey questionnaires.
The work explores theoretical frameworks like TPACK, SAMR, and TAM, alongside administrative actions and the empirical assessment of secondary school technology adoption.
Key terms include Technology Integration, Digitalization, Competitive Edge, Intervention Program, and Educational Management.
The intervention is structured into three specific programs: TechMastery Boost for teachers, AdminDigitize Excellence Initiative for leaders, and FutureReady Scholars Program for students.
The researcher concludes that there is a significant positive relationship between technology integration, administrative support, and students' academic competitive edge, necessitating the proposed intervention programs.
