This study aimed to evaluate the integration of technology into the secondary school curriculum, the impact of administrative digitalization initiatives, and the resulting competitive edge of students in three private schools in the Diocese of Iligan City during the 2022-2023 school year. Stratified random sampling selected 314 participants, including 83 students from Mercy Junior College, 97 from Holy Cross High School, and 134 from Christ the King College de Maranding, alongside 95 purposively sampled teachers from these schools. Employing a descriptive-correlational design, the research highlighted divergences in technology integration perceptions between teachers and students. Teachers consistently supported learning engagement and goal enhancement, while students showed varying levels of agreement. Both groups recognized the importance of digital transformation initiatives and digital facilities, correlating strongly with students' competitive edge. The study's findings led to the development of intervention programs — TechMastery Boost, AdminDigitize Excellence Initiative, and FutureReady Scholars Program — aimed at addressing gaps and fostering a cohesive educational environment. The rejection of null hypotheses underscores the potential effectiveness of these measures in advancing a digitally adept educational framework.
