3. Erklärung zum transkulturellen Profiler
The primary objective of this work is to introduce a "transcultural" approach as an evolution and enhancement of traditional intercultural management. By utilizing a multidimensional model based on neurophysiological and conscious-based principles, the author aims to provide a "master key" capable of holistically managing the complexities of global cultural diversity.
D2 Noetics
Is the transcultural level that presides over the quantum optical consciousness and has three major characteristics:
It integrates the totality of the subjacent edifice.
It can alternatively work with intercultural consciousness which deals with the diversity of cultures and it can work with transcultural consciousness, i.e. diversity transcending unity.
In the cupola (and lantern) the twelve arcs of the DOME architectural modeling of the psychological edifice converge. Here the intercultural diversity and transcultural unity are bridged.
1. THE MASTER KEY TO INTERCULTURAL MANAGEMENT: TRANSCULTURE: This introductory section establishes the necessity of a transcultural approach to manage global diversity beyond the limitations of standard intercultural analysis.
2. A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE 12 TRANSCULTURAL PROFILER LEVELS: This chapter provides a detailed breakdown of the twelve dimensions comprising the DOME model, ranging from cosmic consciousness to planetary interface.
3. Erklärung zum transkulturellen Profiler: The author explains the architectural metaphor of the "Dom" (Cathedral) and summarizes how this diagnostic tool integrates various existing intercultural models into a unified framework.

The work explores the transition from traditional intercultural management to a more holistic, "transcultural" approach, which seeks to integrate diverse cultural identities through the lens of human consciousness.
The themes include the convergence of cultural diversity management, the role of higher consciousness in professional settings, and the operationalization of a metaphorical architectural model to manage global environments.
The goal is to provide a "master key" or panacea for cultural conflict prevention by utilizing a synthesis of neurophysiology, philosophy, and management studies to create a more integrated global management framework.
The author uses a synthetic, interdisciplinary approach, drawing analogies from quantum physics (Bohr’s complementarity principle), neurophysiology, and religious/philosophical traditions to structure human consciousness as an integrative management tool.
The main part focuses on the definition and explanation of the "12 Octaves Transcultural Profiler," detailing each level from D1 (Cosmics) to D12 (Planetary Interface) and how they function together within the DOME model.
The work is characterized by terms such as Transculture, consciousness, DOME model, holistic integration, and the actualization-potentialization dynamism.
The DOME serves as a visual and structural metaphor where various cultural dimensions are integrated; the "cupola" and "lantern" represent the higher, transcultural states where diverse cultural elements converge into a unified whole.
It represents the ability to move from an active, culturally conditioned state of mind to a potential state of pristine consciousness, allowing individuals to transcend cultural biases and navigate diversity more effectively.
